The Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"), which incorporates our Terms of Service found at https://roleplaybot.xyz/terms (the "terms", "ToS"), is a statement of which data we collect, store and the reasons we do so. This is to ensure complete lawful usage and to remain transparent with our users.

Data Protection Act (DPA)

We make sure that all of our collection policies, along with the data we collect is in line with the Data Protection Act, 2018. All data submitted, gathered and stored complies with the legal policies in place. We take security very seriously, and ensure that all data stored is secure and approperiate security measures are taken to prevent the unlawful use or processing of your data.

Data We Collect & Store

This category includes data that we, as a company collect and store through our service. We use this data to make sure that our services operate correctly, along with providing a better user experience.

• Discord Account Information (Usernames, IDs and Email Addresses) - This information is used to create a user profile and is essential to our service, we gain access to this data when you authorise our application to access your server or account directly. Email addresses are only collected when you authorise your account directly using Discord OAuth.
• Discord Guild Information (Names, IDs and Owners Information) - This information is used to group your data based on your server and is essential to our service, we gain access to this data when you authorise our application to access your servers through the Discord application.
• Information Submitted - We store all of the information you submit when creating a support ticket or filling in a form using our website, this is to ensure that we receive your request and to store for logs.

How Long We Store Data

To be in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2018 we store data for no longer than its required. Once you have finished using our service your data will be deleted, we may keep some relevant data stored in case you continue to use our service in the future. This data will only ever be used for this service, we will never share, distribute, leak or sell your information.

Deletion Requests

To be in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) you have the ability to request to view, mange or delete all of all your personal data from our systems, this can be done through our Discord support server or by contacting our support email address at support@roleplaybot.xyz. The data we store in our databases is used only to benefit or allow you to use our service, the deletion of this data may affect your ability to continue using our service or from using it in the future. Deletion requests can take up to 60 days to process completely, or you may be urged to use one of our integrated features to manually delete your own data. We withhold the ability for you to request the deletion of certain payment specific data, for tax purposes.
