Agreement

The Terms of Service (the "terms", "ToS"), which includes and incorporates our privacy policy found at https://roleplaybot.xyz/privacy (the "privacy policy", "privacy agreement"), are both a legal agreement between RoleplayBot (the "Company", "us", "our", or "we") and you ("you" or "your"). By accessing and using RoleplayBot's Discord bot or website, collectively known as the "Service" you agree that:

• You are of the Digital Age of Consent in your area or state.
• You will follow Discords Terms of Service.
• RoleplayBot has the permission to process and store your public and provided information, according to our Privacy Policy.
• You will follow our Terms of Service.

RoleplayBot reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time, This may be for non-listed reasons and may occur at any time. Upon change we will alert all users of our discord server and news feeds. Automatically, you will be proclaimed as to follow the new terms of service as of the effective date. If the update greatly affects your legal right you will be notified 3 days before the terms become effective through our support discord server. Unless stated otherwise your usage of RoleplayBot will not change including your agreement the these terms. If you object to any changes, you may cease using our services.

The Service

RoleplayBot supplies content through our website at https://roleplaybot.xyz and through Discord, an online messaging service. We also provide paid services that enhance your range of features through our Discord bot, these services may have additional terms and are addressed in this document. To process, store and handle payments we use Stripe, a well renowned payment platform, we are not liable for content displayed on Stripes website or through their services.

By accessing our service, you agree to not;

• 1. Use our service to do harm to others. This includes, but is not limited to; attempting to damage, hack or gain access to another users account through our services, harassing, bullying, spamming and using auto-messaging bots or features through our service.
• 2. Use our service to harm or prevent others from using RoleplayBot. This includes, but is not limited to; attacks on our systems, attempts to gain access to our systems, the transmitting of viruses or other malicious code to our services, abusing or defrauding us or our payment systems, coping our product or service and using our intellectual property without explicit, written consent from our legal team.

Termination & Suspension

We may terminate your account and your access to our service, or, at our sole option, applicable portions of the service, at any time and for any reason. We are not required to provide you with any notice or warning prior to any such termination. You may, as result of termination, lose access to your data and all information associated with it, including your paid subscriptions, as applicable. We are under no obligation to compensate you for any such loss in the result of termination. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions leading up to termination.

We also hold the ability to suspend your account, restricting the access to our services and paid subscriptions. Suspensions can be disputed through our support server or at our legal, business email. We withhold the ability to deny disputes if you breach any of our guidelines or terms. If you have breached our guidelines listed in the terms of service we withhold the ability to prevent you from filing futher claims.

Payments & Subscriptions

As part of our service, we offer a paid monthly subscription addon, whilst you will not be charged or required to pay to use our base service you have the ability to subscribe to a monthly service. Our subscription services are processed and handled by Stripe, to proceed with any payments you must agree to follow Stripes Service Agreement and all related legal documents.

As a subscriber to our service, you will be automatically charged every 30 days with the specified price upon subscribing. We hold the ability to automatically charge your payment method on file and, if required, suspend your access to the service if your payment method fails. During the suspension period we will attempt to automatically charge your payment method on file up to 8 times within 7 days. If payments still fail after this, your account will be terminated, following our termination procedure.

You have the ability to cancel your subscription to the service using our accounts page, found at https://roleplaybot.xyz/account. Using the page to cancel your subscription will revoke your access to the service immediately and prevent you from being charged again, this action is irreversible and permanent. If you are having difficulty accessing this page you can contact us directly at support@roleplaybot.xyz to manually cancel your subscription.

All purchases made through our service are final, we do not offer refunds or compensation and are under no obligation to do so. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase, certain exceptions may apply, please contact us if you wish to discuss this topic further.

Private Data

We hold the ability to process and store any or all data associated with your Discord account, Discord servers and payment information (Excluding sensitive information such as addresses and card information) following our privacy policy, https://roleplaybot.xyz/privacy.

To be in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) you have the ability to request to view, mange or delete all of all your personal data from our systems, this can be done through our Discord support server or by contacting our support email address at support@roleplaybot.xyz. The data we store in our databases is used only to benefit or allow you to use our service, the deletion of this data may affect your ability to continue using our service or from using it in the future. Deletion requests can take up to 60 days to process completely, or you may be urged to use one of our integrated features to manually delete your own data. We withhold the ability for you to request the deletion of certain payment specific data, for tax purposes.
